Senior Java Microservices Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements elicitation, architecture, and design.
• Create high-level design artifacts for projects.
• Deliver high-quality code for assigned modules.
• Lead validation efforts for all types of testing.
• Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
• Participate in a learning culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Sunnyvale, CA or be willing to relocate prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in building and supporting web development in a software product development organization.
• At least 3 years of experience in Java/J2EE Technologies.
• High level knowledge of CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE Technologies with in-depth knowledge of Spring frameworks such as Spring Boot with microservices, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JPA, and Hibernate.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Frameworks and Reactive Programming using Spring WebFlux.
• Experience in SQL/NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
