Key Responsibilities

Designing and implementing new features for our flagship timeserver products.
Troubleshooting defects, identifying root causes, and proposing corrections.
Collaborating with product management to address customer requirements.
Guiding and mentoring junior developers.
Participating in peer code review.
Working with the latest in Resilient PNT technology.
Staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Experience in embedded software development.
Ability to design and implement new features.
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of defects.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand customer requirements.
Experience in guiding and mentoring junior developers.
Familiarity with peer code review processes.
Interest in working with Resilient PNT technology and emerging industry practices.

Nice to Have

Experience working in international or cross-cultural teams.
Knowledge of timing or navigation systems.
