Key Responsibilities

Update and improve Drover user interface technology stack
Innovate and implement solutions that will enable host applications to deliver new features quicker and more efficiently
Implement UI automation and performance monitoring solutions
Responsible for solving problems that arise and to continually improve and enhance the system and product quality
Work hand-in-hand with senior engineers, experience designers, and product experts to build the right set of features for our customers

Requirements

Eagerness for identifying root causes for problems and understanding complex systems
Interest in developing solutions to ensure we deliver nothing but the best user experiences and quality
A minimum of 10 years of experience as a software engineer
Experience with UI technologies
Understanding the concepts of multithreading, synchronization, and memory management
Deep knowledge of C++
Obj-C, JS/TS, Python experience is a plus
Experience developing applications for Mac and/or Windows is a plus
Exposure to and experience with video editing software is a plus
Desire to learn
Comfortable asking questions and seeking advice, working collaboratively

Benefits & Perks

The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,900 -- $242,000 annually
Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award
