Key Responsibilities

Designing and implementing well-crafted, scalable, and maintainable code
Working through ambiguity; taking business goals and product ideas and turning them into working products for real customers
Using metrics to measure success and leveraging data to make decisions
Partnering with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver solutions for our customers
Taking initiative and demonstrating persistence in getting things done
Contributing to technical standards for our engineering organization
Developing scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems
Implementing new features and optimizing existing ones to provide customer value
Collaborating with UX, TechOps, and Product teams to achieve the best product designs
Attending daily stand-up meetings, collaborating with peers, prioritizing features, serving on an on-call rotation, and consistently delivering value to customers
Driving operational excellence through investigation of production issues, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience working across teams and roles to understand needs, propose features, and drive projects
Developed scalable, fast, robust, and rich web-based solutions
Experience working in a full-stack team, building advanced frontend applications, large-scale backends, and maintaining high-volume datastores
Experience working with AWS technologies
Strong algorithms, data structures, and coding background
5+ years of meaningful engineering experience, preferably in a SaaS company

Nice to Have

Experience working with NodeJS
Experience with machine learning and generative AI
Experience with continuous delivery, git, test automation, and build/deploy systems

Qualifications

Educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience in full-stack development and scalable web solutions
Experience with AWS technologies
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience
