Senior Software Engineer - Data Center Operational Workflows

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy reliable and scalable services and applications.
• Build and maintain high quality software.
• Collaborate with teammates and across teams to continuously improve and expand systems.
• Participate in the design of the system and provide valuable inputs for creating a maintainable system.
• Build and maintain robust and scalable workflow systems.
• Identify, improve, and automate inventory management processes such as receiving, installing, maintenance, and decommissioning IT equipment for data centers and node sites.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience in any object-oriented programming language.
• Proficiency in software engineering principles with an interest in infrastructure.
• A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field of study, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with scalable workflow systems including deep dives into system design and implementation.
• A keen interest in technological advances and success in incorporating new technology into existing systems.
• Knowledge and experience with Apache Airflow.
