About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CRM Functional Architect with extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to design and drive scalable, high-impact CRM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM strategy, process design, data architecture, and cross-cloud integrations. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a tactical expert capable of translating business needs into robust Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Define and architect end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architecture.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and roadmap planning.
Define and enforce architectural governance standards and patterns to ensure consistency and maintainability.

Requirements

12+ years of relevant industry professional experience in CRM with at least 7+ years of Salesforce-specific experience.
Proven technofunctional experience architecting and delivering complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
Expertise with Flow Builders, Apex Classes, SoQL Queries, and Connector Integrations.
Deep understanding of Sales Cloud including lead/opportunity management, accounts and contacts, territory management, forecasting, CPQ, conversion of opportunity to order, and payment methods.
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud components such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Interaction Studio.
Experience with Data Cloud including Customer 360, data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, and data harmonization.
Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, declarative automation, and AppExchange solutions.
Experience with tools such as MuleSoft, Tableau CRM, and CDP integrations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.

Nice to Have

Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
Experience working in a regulated or enterprise-grade environment (e.g., biotech, healthcare, or finance).
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and how they apply to Salesforce solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Leadership presence and ability to influence at all levels.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on outcomes.
