About the Role

This role involves enhancing the client's data management capabilities by leveraging SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and related technologies to create a centralized, interactive, and user-friendly reporting environment. The position requires building and integrating SharePoint websites, lists, PowerApps, and Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making, working onsite in Richmond, VA.

Key Responsibilities

Establish a professional SharePoint website with buildout of lists, pages, and news posts.
Build competent lists and action registers within SharePoint to capture inputs from Power Apps, SharePoint, and third-party cloud-based apps via API connectors and tokens.
Develop professional visualization applications for end users in Power BI from SharePoint datasets.
Create complex PowerApps to serve multiple data collection purposes, including examples like 'Area Inspection' with IF/AND/OR statements.
Integrate data from multiple sources such as Excel, SQL Server, SharePoint, and cloud services.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
Work cross-functionally with internal IT teams, data governance, security, and automate data refresh processes.

Requirements

Experience with SharePoint website buildout, including lists, pages, and news posts.
Proficiency in building PowerApps for data collection and automation.
Ability to develop Power BI reports and dashboards from SharePoint datasets.
Knowledge of integrating data from various sources like Excel, SQL Server, and cloud services.
Experience with creating complex PowerApps using IF/AND/OR statements.
Strong understanding of data automation, management, and reporting tools.

Nice to Have

Experience working onsite in Richmond, VA.
Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
