About the Role

The SharePoint Software Engineer role at Booz Allen involves developing end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile environment. Key Responsibilities

Develop software and systems from vision to production-ready solutions.
Use passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify system improvements.
Help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
Ensure the solutions developed consider current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.
Collaborate with clients to build efficiency and realistic timelines.
Pitch ideas to clients and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a SharePoint developer.
Experience in developing with tools such as SharePoint or PowerApps.
Experience in web development tools and languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.
Experience in client-facing roles.
Ability to brainstorm with clients to build efficiency and realistic timelines.
Ability to pitch ideas to clients.
Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics.

Ability to develop quality work products and conduct continuous learning development.
Ability to work independently and communicate verbally and in writing with senior leaders to gather requirements, interpret needs, and design solutions.
