Key Responsibilities

Leading a development team of 15-20 FTEs focused on storing and managing system SSR data using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies.
Developing and implementing complex solutions utilizing AWS native technologies.
Ensuring the development team stays on schedule and is able to meet programmatic milestones.
Representing the team at customer meetings, TEMs, and contributing to the team agile planning ceremonies.
Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects.
Utilizing Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2, and S3.
Implementing CI/CD principles utilizing Maven, Gitlab, and GitOps.
Engaging in agile development and delivery of software.
Communicating and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/education.
14+ years of professional experience with a related discipline, or 12+ years with a related Master's degree, or 18+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph and CI poly within the last 7 years.
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, or Python.
Knowledge of microservice architectures.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as AWS tools, Maven, Gitlab, GitOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible.
Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB, including query and schema design.
OAuth/OIDC implementation experience.
Experience with test frameworks and automation including Cyprus and Cucumber.

Nice to Have

Previous team leadership experience.
Knowledge of UTT or targeting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education.
14+ years of professional experience or 12+ years with a Master's degree, or 18+ years of relevant experience.
