Key Responsibilities

Responsible for improvising the features in Primedoc and integration with other frameworks within Fiserv.
Work on the Primedoc platform, which handles electronic or print output such as letters, statements, notices, taxes, and cards, processing client input files 24/7 within SLA timeframes.
Collaborate with application management and functional team members to design, improve, and institutionalize processes for delivering and maintaining developed applications.
Provide on-call support as needed, including night or weekend availability.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to process improvements, and support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.

Requirements

Must have at least 4-6 years of expert level development and design experience using .NET, Javascript, and SQL.
Experience with the latest .NET framework, Windows Forms, WPF, Windows Services, Rest API, SOAP services, ASP.NET (old MVC and new Core), including scripting.
Basic knowledge of page description languages such as PostScript, PDF, AFP, and PCL.
Experience in database design for at least 4-6 years.
Strong object-oriented programming skills.
Experience in an Agile development environment, particularly SCRUM and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Experience with Windows server versions 2008/2012/2016/2022.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
Work ownership and customer focus skills, with enthusiasm for learning new technologies.

Nice to Have

Understanding and working knowledge of COBOL and VB (desired but not required).
Experience in design and architecture review (desired but not required).
Knowledge of code quality audits and security remediation tools such as Fortify, WebInspect, Sonatype.
