Key Responsibilities

Design, development, testing, support, and maintenance of software applications.
Work primarily with Python, SQL, C#/.Net, middleware IBM MQ for messaging, and AWS/Azure cloud technologies.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, infrastructure teams, DBA teams, and other application teams across the organization.

Requirements

7-15 years of professional experience in Software Development.
Lead experience working in Investment Banking is required.
Hands-on development experience in Python and SQL programming.
Strong knowledge of Python programming.
Strong knowledge of SQL programming with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with technical and business audiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self-direct work.

Nice to Have

Experience in Fixed Income domain.
Experience with messaging tools such as IBM MQ, TIBCO, Rabbit MQ, or others.
Experience with SOAP and REST API.
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience designing and architecting systems.
Experience working in Investment Banking.

Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
