The opportunity involves working as a Web or Full stack engineer for Adobe's Firefly Boards team in Firefly, a Generative AI organization. You will be part of a team building, scaling, and securing the Firefly Boards product, contributing to innovative user experiences using multi-modal LLMs from Adobe and partners. Firefly Boards is an AI-powered mood-boarding and ideation app with a non-linear infinite canvas, enabling creatives to embrace generative AI and visualize ideas more flexibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering teams to build, scale, and secure the Firefly Boards product.
- Contribute to building innovative user experiences for creative solutions using multi-modal LLMs.
- Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on performance, stability, and usability.
- Create reusable components and write clean, testable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
- 5+ years of product experience developing applications, preferably web apps.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Experience with declarative UI libraries such as React.js, Lit, or Vue.js.
- Experience creating web applications and driving software architecture, design, and development.
- Ability to create and maintain testable, clean, and reusable code.
- Passion for learning, sharing new ideas, and providing innovative solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience building image, video, and multimedia applications.
- Experience with creating user experiences for LLMs.
- Experience with development tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, lint, etc.
- Experience improving performance and stability of applications.
- Experience with Accessibility (A11y).
- Experience with Localization.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Qualifications
- Formal educational background in Computer Science or related field.
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive salary range of $153,600 to $286,600 annually, varying by location and experience.
- Potential eligibility for long-term incentives such as equity awards.
- Pay structure includes base salary, short-term incentives, and commissions for sales roles.
