About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Testing and qualifying embedded software using Requirement Based Testing.
• Contributing to a cross-functional team responsible for software testing and validation.
• Applying software engineering concepts, principles, and theories to solve challenging problems.
• Providing technical leadership and collaborating effectively within a team.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Agile experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at the time of hire.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to security clearance requirements.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and engineering concepts.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership.
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to professional development.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Embedded Software.
• Experience with Automated Testing.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
