Job Description

About the Role

This is a technical, hands on software engineering role where the candidate will develop software for our cybersecurity products line. Successful candidates will quickly learn both CyVAR and DarkPoint (Java web applications with HTML 5 front-end) platforms and be able to make and provide functional unit and systems test for front-end functional changes (working with graphic designer for look and feel) and back-end changes to API, database(s) and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Develop software for cybersecurity products, including front-end and back-end components.
Learn and work with CyVAR and DarkPoint platforms.
Create and execute functional unit and systems tests for front-end changes, collaborating with graphic designers for look and feel.
Implement back-end changes to API, databases, and messaging systems.

Requirements

Advanced Java (7 and higher) including knowledge of Hibernate and Spring.
Intermediate SQL skills.
Intermediate Javascript including AngularJS and jQuery.
Intermediate CSS.

Nice to Have

Python (server and client side) including Django and SQLAlchemy.
Docker (and docker-compose).
Advanced Linux experience (BASH, standard utilities).
Leadership experience.
