Key Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) based Content Management System with emphasis in high availability and low latency.
  • Conduct proof of concept to validate the feasibility and performance of proposed solutions aligning with project goals and requirements.
  • Engage and work with cross-functional leaders to understand and help define business principles, goals, and strategy within scope of responsibility.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in Content Management & Digital Asset Management domain.
  • Expertise in the definition and implementation of effective software engineering practices and processes that result in high speed to market, including open-source project maintenance, PR review process, issue triage, code reviews, code contribution metrics, test automation strategy, CI/CD optimization, etc.
  • Lead by example and be a role model for other full-time as well as vendor resources.

Requirements

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with 8+ years of experience in implementing enterprise-level solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Good understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architectural concepts.
  • Proficient in developing custom components, editable templates, and integrating Digital Asset Management (DAM).
  • Knowledge of OSGi, Apache Sling, and JCR to enhance system performance.
  • Skilled in leveraging GraphQL and REST APIs for content delivery in headless AEM setups.
  • Adept in React SPA components, Sling Models, and multilevel workflows.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies and optimizing AEM platforms for performance, accessibility, and user engagement.
  • Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native architectures.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience leading technical teams or projects.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
