Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable, fast, robust, and simple solutions to solve complex business problems
Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance, quality, and user adoption
Own projects from the onset, including gathering requirements, technical design, implementation, and delivery
Collaborate with and incorporate feedback from other engineers, tech-ops, and product managers, as well as participating in design and code reviews
Maintain your team's infrastructure and participate in a regular on-call rotation
Contribute to the product roadmap and success of the team with your ideas and feedback

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
Experience with modern backend programming languages and frameworks (Node, GoLang, Java, PHP, etc. and their ecosystems)
Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD (AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.)
Experience with software engineering best practices (e.g., unit and integration testing, code reviews, design documents, architecture reviews)
Proven ability to work well in teams and collaborate effectively
Strong analytical mindset and desire to learn new skills
Clear and consistent communication skills

Nice to Have

Familiarity with containerization technologies and full-stack development
Experience in building SaaS solutions
Experience working on high-visibility microservices that operate at high scale

Qualifications

Educational background in Computer Science (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
