  • Collaborate with engineers, tech operations, and product managers, incorporating feedback through design and code reviews.
  • Maintain your team's infrastructure and participate in a regular on-call rotation.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap and team success with your ideas and feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD tools (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices such as unit and integration testing, code reviews, and architecture reviews.
  • Proven ability to work well in teams and collaborate across functions.
  • Strong analytical mindset and desire to learn new skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in daily stand-ups.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Computer Science (Bachelor's or Master's degree).

Benefits & Perks

  • Wellness Reimbursement for $300 per quarter for wellness activities including gym memberships, spa massages, workout equipment, meditation apps, and more.
  • $1800 Yearly Experience bonus to be used for an “Experience” of your choosing.
  • QMentorship Program that matches you with a mentor for meaningful coaching.
  • Access to various QGroup Communities such as MOSAIQ, Green Team, Qualtrics Pride, Q&Able, Qualtrics Salute, and Women's Leadership Development.
