Key Responsibilities

Join your new squad and be onboarded to engineering, learning the technology stack (Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, ReactJS, and others).
Understand the business value of our products and features and the needs of our customers.
Translate feature requests into simple but robust engineering or non-engineering solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, execution, and alignment across multiple domains.
Support and learn from senior and staff engineers to contribute to a positive team culture.
Take ownership of personal growth and professional development.
Apply technical skills in a people-focused environment, helping build scalable solutions while fostering strong team relationships.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, especially within a SAAS environment.
Experience developing applications with Ruby on Rails and ReactJS.
Successful track record of shipping projects quickly with multiple dependencies across technical and non-technical teams.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
Experience in payment systems such as bank transfers, PayPal, Stripe, and Bitcoin.

Nice to Have

Expertise or interest in generative AI, ElasticSearch / OpenSearch.
