Software/Web Developer (Sr) - Cleared (TCF-SWD)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• SharePoint Development and Customization including developing and implementing improvements to SharePoint 2013 and 2019 sites, creating and modifying site templates, layouts, and style sheets.
• Designing and developing workflows, forms, and web parts to support business process improvements.
• Developing automated solutions using Nintex workflows and forms for various processes such as user requests, financial reviews, records management, and process lifecycle management.
• Configuring sites to meet user requirements and mission objectives.
• Creating and configuring new site collections, managing user permissions, and performing site administration tasks.
• Managing content and records, including lists, libraries, calendars, wikis, blogs, and web pages, and supporting records management strategies.
• Supporting SharePoint configuration management, governance, and policy development.
• Testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting site performance, workflows, and integrations with third-party tools like Tableau dashboards.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced experience with SharePoint 2013 and 2019 (on-premise).
• Advanced experience working with SharePoint Metadata Term Store and Central Administration.
• Intermediate experience using SharePoint Designer.
• Experience with site collection administration, custom site templates, and web part/page design.
• Advanced experience with Nintex workflows and forms, including design, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, PowerShell scripting, JSON, jQuery, and client-side rendering.
• Experience embedding Tableau dashboards or third-party visualizations.
• Experience integrating third-party tools like Tableau and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance.
• Ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions and provide front-line user support.
• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance and be willing to take a CI Poly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with InfoPath applications.
• Familiarity with automating data exports such as Term Store to Excel.
• Participation in agile or Kanban-style work environments (e.g., JIRA).
• Strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience of 8-10 years in SharePoint development and administration.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI Poly.
