Job Description

About the Role

At CVS Health, we're building a world of health around every consumer and surrounding ourselves with dedicated colleagues who are passionate about transforming health care. As the nation's leading health solutions company, we reach millions of Americans through our local presence, digital channels and more than 300,000 purpose-driven colleagues - caring for people where, when and how they choose in a way that is uniquely more connected, more convenient and more compassionate. And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Signify Health is transforming how care is delivered by bringing essential health services into the home. As we expand beyond our core in-home evaluation offering, we are launching new in-home and virtual services to improve access, close care gaps, and manage chronic conditions. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Analyst to support our growing product team, partnering closely with product managers and cross-functional leaders to accelerate product development, support team operations, and drive strategic initiatives shaping the future of in-home care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Director of Product to support team OKRs, capacity planning, product operations, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Contribute to strategic initiative planning, including market scans, opportunity assessments, and portfolio-wide analysis.
  • Help prepare executive updates, product review materials, and cross-team communication artifacts.
  • Work with Product Managers across different visit offerings to support requirement documentation, user research, backlog organization, and MVP delivery.
  • Analyze operational and clinical data to identify areas for improvement or product iteration.
  • Support end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and business case development to launch tracking and retrospective reviews.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate new product opportunities, care models, and market trends.
  • Support value proposition development by analyzing member, provider, and client needs alongside market and competitive benchmarks.
  • Perform product performance analysis to identify areas for enhancement across engagement, conversion, operational throughput, and clinical outcomes.
  • Support operational improvement analysis to uncover bottlenecks or inefficiencies in delivery workflows and inform process or product changes.
  • Support collection, synthesis, and interpretation of member and provider feedback to inform product iteration and improve experience design.
  • Develop decision-support tools, dashboards, and trackers to provide visibility into product performance and pipeline.
  • Build competitor scans and benchmarks that inform product strategy and differentiation.
  • Support team to coordinate planning activities such as quarterly and annual planning, cross-team standups, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Maintain centralized team documentation (e.g., roadmaps, Confluence pages, templates).
  • Synthesize inputs from clinical, ops, engineering, and finance into actionable deliverables for the product team.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, product operations, product analytics, consulting, or strategy in healthcare or health tech preferred.
  • Business and analytical acumen, with experience in synthesizing data into insights and recommendations.
  • Exposure to the product lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, and measurement.
  • Experience supporting value proposition development through market research, stakeholder needs assessment, and competitive analysis.
  • Familiarity with analyzing product performance and identifying operational improvements to optimize outcomes and efficiency.
  • Experience collecting and synthesizing member and provider feedback to shape product design and iteration.
  • Proven ability to support cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a talent for organizing complex information into clear and concise deliverables.
  • High comfort level with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
  • Curiosity and initiative—eager to jump into new problems, learn fast, and make an impact.
  • Passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes.
