About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of analytics strategies to support weight management programs, including member engagement, clinical outcomes, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Clinical Program Leads, Product Managers, Data Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership to define KPIs, design experiments, and evaluate program performance.
• Directly and indirectly manage a team of analysts and data scientists, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and career development.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Partner with enterprise analytics and data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of proven experience in healthcare, wellness, or population health analytics.
• 5+ years of strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Bachelor's degree; may consider comparable work experience.

Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Public Health, Data Science).
• Familiarity with clinical data, claims, EMR, or pharmacy data.
• Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
