Tech Lead Software Engineer-Infrastructure, Lead Ads

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of a large-scale Ads system, including user intent and CRM integration modules.
• Participate in the iteration of Lead Ads system infrastructures and improving performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and other engineering teams to land new product functionalities.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant majors.
• Excellent programming skills in C++/Golang, debugging and optimization skills in general purpose programming languages.
• 7+ years of industrial experience and good understanding in one of the following domains: Online Advertising System, Ads Delivery System.
• Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
• Good collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant majors.
• Proficiency in C++/Golang programming languages.

• The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $224000 - $410000 annually.
• Compensation may vary depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
