About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Fullstack technologies, SQL Oracle databases, Webservices, REST APIs, Microservices, and related areas. This position offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java Fullstack technologies.
Oversee the implementation of SQL and Oracle 12C/19C databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
Provide technical expertise in Java Webservices and Java REST Web API to build robust and scalable applications.
Develop and maintain Core Java and Advanced JavaScript codebases to enhance application functionality.
Implement Springboot Microservices to create modular and efficient software components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of microservices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application operation.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Ensure compliance with security and performance standards in all developed software.
Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements

Strong experience in SQL and Oracle 12C/19C.
Expertise in Java Webservices, Java REST Web API, and Java Fullstack.
Proficiency in Java 8, Java 11, Core Java, and Advanced JavaScript.
Experience with Springboot Microservices and Microservices architecture.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in Cards & Payments or Asset & Wealth Management domains.
