About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Technical Lead or Product Development Manager to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans that support project objectives and timelines.
• Lead the detailed design and oversight of test execution, focusing on critical, high-impact testing activities.
• Ensure thorough coverage and adherence to quality standards, while efficiently managing resources and timelines.
• Enhance and expand automation frameworks and practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Contribute to the selection and implementation of advanced testing tools and technologies.
• Serve as a primary QA contact for development and product management teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Around 10+ years of overall experience with the ability to lead projects, mentor, guide teams, and work allocation.
• Experience with Java and Selenium as an Automation resource.
• Hands-on experience with TDD, BDD, and Cucumber.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
• Hands-on experience in software quality assurance, including test strategy, planning, execution, and documentation.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, QTP/UFT) and scripting for automation.
• Proven leadership in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to drive QA strategies within rapid development cycles.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and optimizing automated tests for efficiency and speed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Certifications in Quality Assurance such as ISTQB Advanced Level, CSTE, or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enhancing existing no-code application baselines with additional functionality.
