AMD's Data Center GPU organization is transforming the industry with our AI based Graphic Processors. Our primary objective is to design exceptional products that drive the evolution of computing experiences, serving as the cornerstone for enterprise Data Centers, (AI) Artificial Intelligence, HPC and Embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead activities across a large matrix-managed program from concept to production
  • Build schedules, identify critical paths, and track program plans throughout execution
  • Identify risks and define mitigation strategies to address
  • Track deliverables and dependencies for multiple groups
  • Provide clear and timely communications to multiple stakeholders to provide direction, assure alignment and articulate

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive complex issues to resolution
  • Extensive technical program management experience on highly complex projects involving ASICs, PCBs and Subsystems
  • Ability to deal with rapid development cycles
  • Working knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Proficient in productivity tools including Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, OneNote, and Excel
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems, work with ambiguity and be self-motivated
  • Familiar with implementing and refining new processes
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior ASIC project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Formal Project Management education, PMP certified

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with ASICs, PCBs, and subsystems
  • Experience with rapid development cycles
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Formal Project Management education, PMP certified
