TS/SCI SharePoint Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in creating and maintaining websites and applications for various business management, inventory management, change management, and program tracking systems.
• Manage web development, design, and applications, including implementing database entry and retrieval functions for multiple users.
• Develop and implement well-designed, testable back-end programming to provide users with functional, data-visualization front-end interfaces.
• Continuously review existing applications to ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements, optimize performance, and address security risks.
• Troubleshoot and optimize web pages and applications for security and responsiveness through testing, evaluation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply innovative designs to websites and applications.
• Assist with the development, review, and preparation of briefing materials, reports, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate responses to periodic reports and provide input to department strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Current active TS/SCI clearance with current SSBI as reported in DISS.
• Bachelor's Degree in an information technology related field.
• Three (3) or more years of relevant web development and application experience.
• Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ or other eligible certifications).
• Extensive knowledge of MS SharePoint, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, REST, and JSON.
• Working knowledge of MS Power Automate, MS Power BI, MS Power Fx, Bootstrap, Chart.js, MDB, Font Awesome, and Flatpickr.

Nice to Have

• Experience with developing and maintaining SharePoint sites and applications.
• Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.
• Experience working in government or classified environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an information technology related field.
• Active IAT Level II certification.
