About the Role

Our work depends on a Web Developer joining our CNIC N6 IT Support team which provides system administration and development/maintenance support of Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC) TWMS application. This position is pending contract award.

Key Responsibilities

Web applications developer/Cyber security Engineer for the Department of the Navy's (DoN) Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS) software application.
Develop, design, and code modules development for the Navy Total Work Force Management (TWMS).
Utilize Visual Studio, Classic ASP, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CS, Bootstrap, MS SQL language, MS-SQL Server Management Studio.
Build IA into systems deployed to operational environments (Windows Server).
Assist architects and systems developers in the identification and implementation of appropriate information security functionality to ensure uniform application security policy and enterprise solutions.
Develop / Maintain TWMS Web Modules/processes.
Manage TWMS modules including Information module, CWF module, CWF Designation Letter, CWF Workforce editing tool, Document Upload module.
Modify TWMS database and programs.
Process Tier II/III Remedy tickets requests supporting TWMS functionality and data errors, and correct issues as identified.
Coordinate with TWMS via TWMS tickets.
Track tasking through TWMS tracking system.
Provide status reporting.

Requirements

Active Top Secret or SSBI security clearance.
8+ years of relevant IT experience.
Experience developing applications in an AWS cloud environment.
Required Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT II compliant - Security+ CE.
BS Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or IT related field.
US Citizenship required.
Onsite in San Diego, CA.

Experience working on the TWMS application.
