(USA) Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights - Ecommerce Fraud Prevention

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and research risks or compliance concerns, evaluate trends, and review results for accuracy. Provide data-based insights in a uniform manner, monitoring, and reporting on business strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights and maximize the achievement of business goals.
• Support key business processes, serve as an information resource, provide guidance and recommendations based on defined policies and practices, support relationships with key stakeholders, and resolve issues by answering questions, obtaining information, and providing documentation.
• Establish timelines, workflows, and requirements to ensure efficiency and compliance across different business areas.
• Support and develop training, create, verify, and distribute necessary documentation, manage and verify the functionality of key processes and controls, and load appropriate information.
• Model compliance with company policies and procedures, support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, incorporate these values into business plans, and demonstrate and assist others in applying these values in executing business processes and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area.
• Retail and customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, queries, and pivot tables.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with chargeback processing or related transaction dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area.
