Job Description

About the Role

Assist with the coordination of a variety of functions and/or requirements related to the aftermarket eCommerce team including reporting and business analytic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with developing reports and dashboards in Power BI and other tools.
Support the development, management, and maintenance of the Digital Asset database, while supporting the uploading of assets and system upgrades when needed.
Coordinate regularly with eCommerce team and various other functions including but not limited to: Information Technology, Corporate Global Logistics Team, Internal Customers, External Customers, Regulatory Compliance Team, Service Providers.
Assist with testing the functionality of our website and provide suggestions to meet internal and external customer expectations.

Requirements

Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related technical fields.
Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Good computer skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a team environment to meet department level objectives.
Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of application.
Ability to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless otherwise approved.

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
