Key Responsibilities

Creating Data Visualization Reports
Conducting primary and/or secondary research to identify required data to solve a given business challenge and/or opportunity
Packaging and presenting insights from analysis to clients and/or the executive team
Answering complex questions by generating hypotheses and quantitatively testing them, such as analyzing data on injured workers to determine return-to-work faster or identifying opportunities for companies to expedite workers' return
Writing white papers on trends impacting the insurance or workers compensation industries
Building financial models to show the impact of macro trends on Gallagher and its clients
Adopting Gallagher's culture, the 'Gallagher Way,' and participating in local community service events
Assisting in regional and/or branch projects to support Gallagher's sales and service initiatives

Requirements

Passion for using data to solve complex business challenges and opportunities
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Access or enterprise database programs
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau or other Data Visualization software is a plus
Rising sophomores and juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
Availability to participate from June 8th, 2026 to August 7th, 2026
Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Nice to Have

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau or other Data Visualization software

Qualifications

Rising sophomores and juniors expected to graduate between December 2026 and June 2028
