About the Role

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is offering summer 2026 internship opportunities in our Digital Growth Marketing department. This 10-week internship program starts on May 28th and runs through August 6th and includes exposure to leadership, professional development, networking events, and the chance to connect with students throughout various functions. Key Responsibilities

Help Church & Dwight brands build and analyze their social presence across diverse power brand portfolio.
Gain exposure to digital analytics reporting and advanced studies such as lifetime value (LTV), Digital Shelf enhancement, and Prime Day activations.
Aid in competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and monitoring competitors to support brand strategies.
Support the growth of the marketing team through authoring communications, involvement in social strategy and tactics, and operational processes.
Participate in projects supporting seasonal initiatives and cross-team collaborations.

Requirements

Currently enrolled undergraduate students who have completed at least two years of college coursework (rising Junior or rising Senior).
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or other relevant fields.
Aptitude and willingness to learn how to interface with different platforms, run reports, and engage with company systems.
Ability and interest in working a hybrid schedule in Ewing, NJ.
Experience in Microsoft 365 applications required; some roles require experience in Power BI, Canva, Figma, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Experience managing multiple timelines and priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, desire to learn and contribute.
Candidates must have US Work Authorization (US Citizen, permanent resident, green card holder).

Nice to Have

Experience in Power BI, Canva, Figma, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

Qualifications

Completed at least two years of college coursework.
Pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree.
