3P Digital Experience Associate Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and consistent setup of store-level details across all third-party platforms, including delivery and service areas, fees, service types, menu structure, pricing, and visual assets.
• Execute the strategic UX process, including user flows, business rules, and platform requirements, to support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Leverage data analysis to inform and pitch enhancements to the digital experience, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive growth and engagement across third-party platforms.
• Drive onboarding, activation, and change-of-ownership processes to ensure smooth transitions and consistent store setup.
• Conduct regular audits of customer-facing elements such as menu accuracy, offer visibility, delivery times, and store hours to ensure a frictionless ordering experience.
• Validate updates and promotional setups through pre- and post-launch QA checks, ensuring proper functionality and visual consistency.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer experience issues, escalating as needed, and support franchisee-facing issues.
• Maintain and evolve internal documentation, FAQs, and training materials for scalable digital operations.
• Monitor key customer experience metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement across third-party platforms.
• Benchmark performance against competitors and evaluate the impact of promotions and platform changes.
• Coordinate with analytics and marketing teams to evaluate promotional impact and deliver regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Support the Manager in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, tracking project progress, and sharing performance updates.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in digital experience, operations, and/or technical support.
• Familiarity with QSR and/or aggregator platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with APIs, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Experience with QA processes and exposure to digital marketing or offer strategy.
• Understanding of financial workflows related to promotions.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage partnerships.
