About the Role

The Digital Experience Specialist will be responsible for supporting the delivery and optimization of the bank's digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on technology-driven solutions and customer-centric innovation. This role will work closely with the Digital Experience Manager to enhance online and mobile banking functionality, improve user journeys, and implement new digital tools that meet evolving customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and monitor digital campaigns within online and mobile banking to promote products, services, and customer engagement.
  • Assist in creating, updating, and managing the bank's digital demo platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of new digital projects by advocating for intuitive, customer-friendly interfaces, ensuring accessibility, and aligning functionality with user needs.
  • Track campaign performance, adoption metrics, and digital usage trends; prepare reports and insights for the Digital Experience Manager.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate digital initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed timely and meet expectations.
  • Participate in testing new features and enhancements, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Be abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor digital offerings, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain clear, accessible resources and procedures for internal teams, including step-by-step guides, reference materials, and best practice documentation.

Requirements

  • Understanding of core banking products, services, and operations.
  • Proficiency with digital banking platforms, mobile app management, or content management systems is highly desirable.
  • General comfort with technology is required.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, LemonadeLXP, Canva, Candescent Promotion Suite, and Pulsate is preferred.
  • Written communication skills.
