About the Role

The Customer Success Account Director role at PG Forsta, in partnership with Rio SEO, is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and driving revenue growth. The role involves leading internal delivery teams to implement and maintain Rio SEO's search software solutions. This position is generally remote, with a hybrid working model, and candidates can be based in various metro areas including San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Dallas, NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, and Chicago. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage existing client relationships by providing thought leadership, understanding marketing strategies, conducting performance reporting, in-person meetings, presenting results, and delivering on contracted scope of work.
  • Develop long-lasting partnerships with clients and act as an extension of their teams.
  • Identify strategic opportunities within the client base to grow Rio SEO's penetration and revenue, including discovering new partner and revenue opportunities.
  • Possess and apply knowledge of digital marketing, search industry (SEO & Paid), and performance marketing to guide clients in maximizing the value of Rio SEO's solutions.
  • Provide and analyze performance data from search engines and web analytics for campaign reports.
  • Monitor results, analyze key performance indicators, and optimize programs with a continuous improvement mindset to meet or exceed client objectives.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends, delivering point-of-view insights to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in the Digital Marketing Industry, including SEO & SEM, social media, or integrated marketing; web design/HTML experience is a plus.
  • High-level understanding of Local Search and Google My Business.
  • Technically savvy with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Experience with SaaS applications and client delivery.
  • Experience working with digital/interactive in-house teams or marketing agencies.
  • Strong SEO knowledge and familiarity with disciplines such as SEM, PPC, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Experience interfacing with Fortune 500 clients and communicating across roles and disciplines, including executives.
  • Ability to provide strategic counsel and connect interactive strategies to overall corporate goals.
  • Proven success in client engagement and account management, including growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing large datasets.
  • Thorough understanding of web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong presentation, project management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-directed, enthusiastic team player.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% or less.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with web design/HTML.
  • Experience with in-house digital marketing teams or marketing agencies.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, including SEO & SEM.
  • Experience with SaaS applications and client delivery.
  • Proficiency with web analytics platforms and CRM tools.
