Adobe Analytics - Senior Digital Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute reporting to track digital performance and engagement, business trends, and other metrics.
• Perform in-depth analysis across multiple websites to understand digital behavior and identify areas for improvement to drive engagement and success.
• Translate analysis results into clear insights and actionable recommendations to enhance websites and campaigns.
• Manage key projects by ensuring alignment, facilitating meetings, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Establish tracking requirements for new features and collaborate with the implementation team to participate in UAT as features go live.
• Build and maintain dashboards and workspaces for digital products within Adobe Analytics or CJA.
• Support digital analytics implementation, interpret business needs into analytics solutions, and lead quality assurance through development to release.
• Partner with stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of digital properties used by millions of customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building reporting, dashboards, and workspaces for digital products within Adobe Analytics or CJA.
• 2+ years of digital analytics experience working with large, distributed teams.
• 2+ years of experience supporting digital analytics implementation, including interpreting business needs and leading quality assurance.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in managing the analytics lifecycle, including testing methodologies.
• Ability to interpret website architecture, KPIs, and customer goals.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills to work with stakeholders and remote teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience utilizing session replay tools such as Glassbox, DataDog, Fullstory, or similar.
• Proven ability to act as a subject matter expert on digital analytics best practices.
• Experience developing learning and optimization plans with data science and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep projects on schedule.
• Effective communication skills for providing status updates and managing expectations.
