Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute reporting to track digital performance and engagement, business trends, and other metrics.
  • Perform in-depth analysis across multiple websites to understand digital behavior and identify areas for improvement to drive engagement and success.
  • Translate analysis results into clear insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement of websites and campaigns.
  • Manage key projects by ensuring alignment, facilitating meetings, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Establish tracking requirements for new features and collaborate with the implementation team to participate in UAT as features go live.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and workspaces for digital products within Adobe Analytics or CJA.
  • Support digital analytics implementation, interpret business needs into analytics solutions, and lead quality assurance through development to production.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building reporting, dashboards, and workspaces for digital products within Adobe Analytics or CJA.
  • 2+ years of digital analytics experience working with large, distributed teams.
  • Experience with digital analytics implementation support, interpreting business needs into solutions, and leading quality assurance.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Relationship-building skills and strategic thinking in a complex healthcare environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing the analytics lifecycle, including testing methodologies.
  • Experience utilizing session replay tools such as Glassbox, DataDog, Fullstory, or similar.
  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert on digital analytics and consult with stakeholders.
  • Experience developing learning and optimization plans with data science, web analytics, and business teams.
  • Knowledge of website architecture, KPIs, and customer goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with remote teams and keep projects on schedule.
  • Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
