About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance software solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and peer teams to deliver quality software.
• Analyze, design, code, test, and support software applications.
• Create performant and scalable software designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 6+ years of experience with React, NodeJS, Postgres, Kafka.
• 6+ years strong API and Web User Interface development background.
• 6+ years of exposure to analysis, design, coding, testing, and support of software.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience and expertise with developing services in NodeJS.
• 6+ years of experience with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Java, Python programming languages.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Microservices.
• Experience with Agile development, TDD, Continuous integration.
• Possess solid understanding of software development fundamentals.
• Understanding of software-based security concepts.
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience creating performant and scalable software designs.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and crafting innovative solutions.
• Self-directed and able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently as well as a team.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in leading software development projects.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
