Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for total project execution, performance, and safety on all assigned projects.
  • Manage high profile and complex parts orders to meet committed shipment dates and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Drive improved customer relationships through creating a work environment that is free of unfavorable circumstances or perceptions for either party, that meets or exceeds performance expectations of the customer.
  • Ensure a 'clean order' before commencement of work on an assigned project and utilize the change management system to control the scope of work and associated cost, throughout the life of the project.
  • Help coordinate activities of other departments to ensure high quality and on-time delivery of projects and assist with other departments with product knowledge as needed.
  • Responsible for managing spending expectations on each assigned Project.
  • Communicate project milestones, status updates, and any existing or potential customer escalation issues to all concerned parties, following escalation processes and taking overall ownership of reports.

Requirements

  • BS or BA Degree in relevant field
  • 0-2 years relevant experience
  • Excellent estimating, scheduling and budgeting skills
  • Proven experience in risk and change management
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Experience in program/project management
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experience
  • Team building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and proactivity

Nice to Have

  • Greenbelt, Blackbelt or Lean training experience
  • Rotating equipment experience

Qualifications

  • BS or BA Degree in relevant field
