About the Role

The AI architect role involves designing and developing chatbot and GenAI solutions focused on knowledge management and self-service functionalities. The position requires translating business needs into scalable, secure enterprise architecture solutions utilizing large language models (LLMs) and APIs. The role includes optimizing platform performance, integrating backend systems, collaborating with Agile teams, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop chatbot and GenAI solutions for knowledge management and self-service functionalities.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure enterprise architecture solutions using LLMs and APIs.
Optimize chatbot platform performance considering latency, concurrency, cost, and accuracy.
Integrate backend systems including authentication, authorization, databases, and APIs.
Collaborate with Agile teams, stakeholders, and product owners to deliver prioritized features.
Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and support solution deployment lifecycle.

Requirements

Strong experience with chatbot interfaces, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
Proficient in Python, NodeJS, and Java programming.
Hands-on experience designing and consuming APIs for LLM interaction.
Understanding of solution patterns for GenAI and chatbot platforms.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and deployment best practices.
Knowledge of concurrency, latency, security, and cost trade-offs in AI systems.
Agile team collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with CI/CD tools and build systems: Maven, Jenkins, BitBucket, Git, Horizon.
Familiarity with RDBMS like Oracle (PL/SQL), Exadata, Neo4J graph databases.
Experience coordinating distributed teams and working in Agile development environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to AI/ML deployments.
