The AI Software Engineer role involves working on next-generation AI/GenAI products, building cloud micro-services, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful SaaS solutions used worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Build cloud micro-services in Python with frameworks like FastAPI, Streamlit, Gradio, and FastHTML, utilizing tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, MCP, and A2A.
Prototype and harden advanced model capabilities including structured reasoning, autonomous planning, image/video generation, and real-time 'live mode.'
Design for reliability, security, and high performance; conduct peer reviews and root-cause analyses.
Champion CI/CD practices, observability, and rapid experimentation.
Collaborate daily with product, UX, and data-science teams to turn innovative ideas into customer value.
Document designs and share knowledge through clear documentation and lightning talks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of professional Python development experience with Git/GitHub.
Proven ability to build applications on foundation-model APIs and incorporate AI into daily coding workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Windsurf/Cursor, Claude Code).
Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have

Deep familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, MCP, A2A, and multimodal model orchestration.
Experience with next-gen AI coding agents/IDEs such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code.
Knowledge of GCP services (Vertex AI, BigQuery, GKE, Kubeflow), Terraform, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes.
Experience with vector, SQL, and NoSQL data stores; streaming frameworks; distributed-systems concepts.
A self-starter who reads papers for fun and ships scrappy demos before breakfast.
Energized by ambiguity and full ownership in an AI-first culture.
