About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with top accounts to utilize digital marketing strategies and tactics to generate leads and nurture them through to purchase.
• Teach accounts and internal stakeholders the importance of various digital touchpoints in the customer journey.
• Gain buy-in and support for product-focused campaigns at the practice level by building relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead in-market and online training courses to position accounts to leverage digital marketing channels for business growth.
• Participate with the sales team in developing strategic digital marketing plans, incorporating consulting services and corporate initiatives.
• Manage the development of digital marketing programs, including research, analysis, and monitoring of market factors.
• Evaluate account needs and opportunities, managing the development and execution of digital marketing enhancement programs.
• Advise accounts on best practices for digital marketing capabilities and technical execution.
• Develop clear pre-call objectives and ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.
• Demonstrate leadership in the account selling process and provide long-term competitive advantages.
• Identify opportunities and speak at conferences and society meetings.
• Oversee digital operations and recommend solutions to operational issues.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with key digital marketing channels: paid search, paid social, organic social, content marketing, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and more.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook, Instagram, WordPress CMS, marketing automation tools, and technical SEO tools.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Comfort in a large business setting requiring overcommunication and clear dissemination of complex information.
• Strong communication, presentation, and material preparation skills.
• Proven success in digital marketing and a passion for building and scaling digital products and services.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Agency experience preferred.
• B2C experience preferred.
• Experience working at a corporation is a plus.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Medical Aesthetic space is a plus.

• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
