About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with top accounts to utilize digital marketing strategies and tactics to generate leads and nurture them through to purchase.
• Teach accounts and internal stakeholders the importance of various digital touchpoints in the customer journey.
• Gain buy-in and support for product-focused campaigns at the practice level by building relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead in-market and online training courses to position accounts to leverage digital marketing channels for business growth.
• Participate with the sales team in developing strategic digital marketing plans, incorporating consulting services and corporate initiatives.
• Manage the development of digital marketing programs, including research, analysis, and monitoring of market factors.
• Evaluate account needs and opportunities, and develop, deliver, and execute digital marketing enhancement programs.
• Advise accounts on best practices for digital marketing capabilities and technical execution.
• Develop clear pre-call objectives and ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.
• Demonstrate leadership in the account selling process and provide long-term competitive advantage.
• Identify opportunities and speak at conferences and society meetings.
• Oversee digital operations and recommend solutions to operational issues.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with key digital marketing channels: paid search, paid social, organic social, content marketing, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and more.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook, Instagram, WordPress CMS, marketing automation tools, and technical SEO tools.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Comfort in a large business setting requiring overcommunication.
• Skill in distilling complex information into simple, understandable content.
• Ability to prioritize large projects into smaller, actionable tasks.
• Proactive in driving process change and innovation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and material preparation skills.
• Proven success and ambition in digital marketing roles.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years experience in Digital Marketing.
• Agency experience.
• B2C experience.
• Experience working at a corporation.
• Sales experience.
• Knowledge of the Medical Aesthetic space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred).
• 7+ years experience in Digital Marketing.
