This Position reports to: Engineering Manager - AMR. The role involves acting as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity, responsible for the engineering design and deployment of AMR Fleet management software at customer facilities, building standard libraries to improve programming efficiency, and developing new software interfaces for product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers, channels, and Sales Specialists about ABB products, systems, and applications.
  • Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
  • Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems.
  • Ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • OR Associate's Degree with minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree with minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
