The role involves industry insights category expertise to support clients in making informed business decisions through analysis and insights using NIQ data and tools, following NIQ standards and service model.

Key Responsibilities

Develop efficient use of propriety NIQ tools and metrics to help solve clients' business questions.
Develop a good understanding of clients' businesses and needs to create relevant insights through analysis of retail measurement data and other NIQ data sets, and present these insights with guidance from seniors if needed.
During the briefing process, field business questions, ask clarifying questions, and discuss analyses/metrics best suited to answer requests.
Simplify and visualize data, translating numbers into a compelling story for clients.
Prepare and, in some cases, present simple ad-hoc analysis.
Lead generation: learn NIQ solutions for clients and work with senior analysts or managers to identify revenue leads.
Bring awareness to roadblocks when they arise.
Develop category performance overview analysis and business issue analysis as per Bronze and Silver Academy learnings.
Ensure client briefing is received as per the briefing form, ask questions to understand the real issue, and ensure clarity from in-market and hub teams.
Start contributing to Thought Leadership Projects.
Become bi-lingual (CPS+RMS): explain CPS facts and fundamentals to clients, use Discover to generate and present CPS Insights, and decrypt consumer and shopper KPIs into customer-centric language.

Requirements

1+ years of industry experience.
University graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent disciplines.
Curious person who likes building stories based on data to answer business questions.
Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Digital savvy.
Fast learner of concepts, tools, and analyses.

Nice to Have

Experience with NIQ tools and data sets.
Bilingual in additional languages beyond English.

Qualifications

University degree in relevant disciplines.
Minimum 1 year of industry experience.
