Members typically have experience in media analytics, especially digital media, and are skilled at storytelling with data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull and arrange data from a multitude of sources to feed business-improving insights.
  • Build thoughtful presentations and reports that bring the story to clients.
  • Work closely with Managers or Senior Analysts to learn efficient data wrangling techniques.
  • Develop skills to become full-fledged storytellers with data.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S., preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience working with large data sets or conducting quantitative analysis.
  • Knowledge of Digital Media, Marketing/Advertising industries highly preferred.
  • Experience working with Python, R programming languages.
  • Experience working with relational databases, SQL.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to speak and write professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to understand client and stakeholder needs, translate them into solutions, and deliver with diligence and urgency.
  • Knowledge of digital media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM, etc.).
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Nice to Have

  • Agency experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising or related field.
  • Experience with large data sets and quantitative analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools.
