About the Role

As an Analytical Lead, you will help global customers to achieve advanced outcomes through measurement, analytics, and insights. Prepared with knowledge of Google advertising products, marketing and measurement solutions and individual client needs, you will demonstrate the Return on Investment (ROI) of investment with Google. You will be responsible for discovering clients' measurement setup and gaps, developing a road map to improve their measurement capabilities, executing 1P/3P measurement projects and leveraging measurement recommendations to improve media effectiveness. Global marketing done right is becoming more challenging due to fast-changing consumer expectations, changes in individual market landscapes, and the rate of technological change. At its core, Global Clients and Agency Solutions (GCAS) helps leading brands, trade bodies and marketing partners navigate this complexity so that they can continue to be the market makers who positively shape our industry. Everyday, we help our partners fully utilize Google's products, talent and insights to advance their marketing performance and the advertising ecosystem at large.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and consulting on client's/partner's strategy in the areas of business, marketing or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Develop and own analytical modeling for key client/partner projects, apply or customize analytical tools (e.g., dashboards) and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
  • Collaborate with business teams to drive business growth with clients/partners, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
  • Build and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and own the relationship with the data/analytical stakeholders on the client's/partner's side.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with performance dashboard reports, dashboard development, stakeholder engagement, and Google advertising products.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

Nice to Have

  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform).
  • Experience with a client-facing role influencing across levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • Base salary range of $118,000-$174,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
