The Analytics and Insights Manager champions the use of data and insights to advance the transformation of the marketing team into a world-class strategic function that helps the Port Authority deliver its goals and priorities. Working across all lines of business (Air, Land, Rail, Sea), the Manager informs or sets the benchmarks of marketing campaigns and then assesses their performance, in partnership with our ad agency. The role involves analyzing customer feedback through social listening platforms, evaluating the success of new airport websites, and leveraging AI and other tools to improve systems, processes, and insights.
