About the Role

The Analytics Program Manager (Real Estate Lending) is responsible for developing and executing online analytics strategies to enhance member satisfaction, product and service acquisition, and usage. The role involves managing digital/web analytics activities, reporting projects, and aligning measurement approaches with the company's strategic plan. The candidate will engage with partners, drive program delivery, foster cross-team collaboration, and contribute to process improvements, all while maintaining high standards of communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend effective, innovative, and measurable ways to leverage digital channels to increase member satisfaction and product usage.
  • Develop online analytics strategy and manage the day-to-day execution of all digital/web analytics activities and reporting projects.
  • Align online measurement approaches to support the corporate strategic plan.
  • Evaluate high-level metrics and detailed analysis to trend online and mobile channel performance.
  • Select appropriate measurement methodologies to determine incremental results for new online and mobile activities.
  • Employ advanced statistics and data mining techniques to provide insightful analyses and improve member experience.
  • Monitor macro-economic trends, design trends, and media market environment.
  • Oversee the completion of proactive and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Collaborate with digital channel teams, strategic partners, senior leadership, and project management teams.
  • Establish digital channel goals, objectives, and future opportunities in partnership with team members.
  • Lead efforts in developing and measuring key performance indicators and report progress to leadership.
  • Make recommendations based on digital channel analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and submit reports and recommendations for digital banking initiatives to leadership.
  • Ensure effective project management and delivery of analytics projects.
  • Develop processes for online tracking, timely communication, and offer fulfillment.
  • Recommend new ways to enhance online and mobile channels.
  • Derive action recommendations and partner with business units to ensure implementation.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple overlapping projects.
  • Participate in cross-functional team activities, providing expertise on data sources and analysis.
  • Regularly produce and review operational reports on online and mobile channel results.
  • Assist with staff development, including performance evaluations, mentoring, and training.
  • Provide input and oversight of budget requirements, report variances, and recommend adjustments.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience using website analytic tools such as Adobe/Omniture, SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, or other third-party tools.
  • Understanding of usability/web design principles.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and reporting principles and practical application.
  • Working knowledge of the product management lifecycle.
  • Advanced knowledge of analysis techniques such as path analysis, funnel behavior, ROI calculations, customer profiling, segmentation analysis, and design of experiments.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements relationships.
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing, fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding verbal, written communication, and data presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in developing and managing marketing/business analyses.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
