Key Responsibilities

Being a ‘constant customer advocate' and providing advanced level post-sales support to Keysight customers primarily in North America.
Assisting customers in debugging networking equipment such as Firewalls, IPS/IDS, ADCs, DPI devices, routers, and switches on hardware and virtual platforms.
Helping customers with operations, programming, and configuration of Keysight hardware and software, including upgrades, installations, and licensing issues.
Coordinating across multiple departments including Sales, R&D, and Quality Assurance to configure, debug, and deploy Ixia/Keysight's proprietary application and resiliency test equipment and solutions.
Working in live customer networks to analyze TCP/IP and higher OSI layers, security protocols, packet errors, and network performance and resiliency configurations with next-generation security devices.
Triaging customer-reported product failures, investigating, analyzing, and testing issues in live or lab environments with Ixia/Keysight hardware and software.
Executing System/Sanity Tests on R&D builds to identify bugs prior to release deployment.
Eliciting feedback from the customer base regarding product functionality and quality, and communicating with Product Management and Development teams.
Writing detailed technical white papers and knowledge-based articles.
Remaining informed about cutting-edge networking and security technologies and new product offerings.

Requirements

BS in Computer/Electrical Engineering or equivalent with focus on Internet/Networking/Security domain.
TCP/IP networking background is required.
Minimum of 3+ years' experience with OSI Layers 4-7 protocols and technologies, including application traffic analysis, routing, and load balancing.
Experience in configuring firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
Experience with OSI Layers 4-7 protocols and technologies such as application traffic analysis, routing, and load balancing.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work collaboratively.
Some travel as needed for training and business meetings.

Nice to Have

Industry-recognized certifications in networking or security.
Knowledge of DPI/IPS/IDS/ADC equipment.
Experience with SSL/TLS, security threats, DDoS, DoS, malware, evasion techniques, and botnets.

Qualifications
