About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of modern, consumer-facing solutions.
• Consolidate legacy systems to modern architectures.
• Guide and build a talented engineering team through a full-scale transformation.
• Partner with product management teams to align technical and business goals.
• Select, hire, and build out the internal software engineering team.
• Shape and impact architectural design decisions.
• Possibly do some coding to support the development process.

Requirements

• Experience with modern frameworks and solutions to modernize legacy systems.
• Ability to lead a team and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
• Experience with .NET, Java, Flutter, React, and cloud-native architectures.
• A culture builder who can create and scale a high-performing, remote-friendly engineering team.
• Technical depth in innovative solutions and modernization of legacy systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate tech, cost modeling, or enterprise SaaS.

Qualifications

• Experience with .NET, Java, Flutter, React, and SaaS solutions.
